My name is Melissa Lacoursiere, and I have been a certified pet groomer since 2017 and am insured and licenced. Melissa's Grooming Salon is a one-on-one dog grooming salon where your best friend will be treated with the most love and respect possible. They will have salon exclusivity - I only take one client at a time in order to give the best grooming experience possible. Big salon's are busy, lo

ud and stressful for many pets, which can cause anxiety and fear of grooming. Working in a quiet one-on-one shop helps nervous and anxious pets get over their fears more easily. I do not use cages/kennels, and all my products are professional and natural. Message me when you arrive and I will meet you outside.
2. Pick up times: 30 minute window after you have been contacted to pick up your pet. An extra $10.00 per half hour added to fee after the first half hour.
3. Late Arrivals: 15 minute grace period, afterwards your appointment is canceled. If we rebook there will be a $10.00 late fee applied to the groom cost.
4. NO SHOWS: If there is a legitimate reason for not contacting to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior I will reschedule with a $20.00 no show fee added to your groom.
5. Payment is due upon pick up. I accept cash and e-transfer.
