As we prepare to reopen services, we'd like to share a few important things to know before booking:

โ€ข Appointments must be requested online only. We are unable to book appointments over the phone.

โ€ข There is currently no waitlist.

โ€ข Please have your pet's information ready before you begin booking. Appointment spots are not held while information is being entered. If another client completes and submits their booking before you, the appointment may no longer be available. Unfortunately, this is part of the online booking system and is outside of our control.

โ€ข Female dog spay surgeries are limited to dogs weighing 40 kg or less.

โ€ข At this time, we are unable to accommodate flat-faced (brachycephalic) breeds for surgery.

โ€ข Only healthy, friendly animals are eligible for surgery during this initial phase of reopening.

โ€ข This is a soft launch, which means appointment availability will be limited as we gradually expand our capacity and services.

Sweet Falafel came into our care as a stray. Although a bit nervous at first, she has shown our team that once she is slowly approached and given a good chin scratch, she really is a calm and lovely girl. Due to her history, we are unsure if she would do with other furry friends. She may do well with a slow and proper introduction with others who match her demeanour. Older children would be best for her as she prefers a quieter environment.
