Many pets and their humans are being affected by the fires. One of our Pathfinder Puppies is stuck in a northern community that has been evacuated. We are all hoping and praying for her survival. We will keep you posted.

Luckily some companion animals have been evacuated successfully and now we need more foster homes in Thunder Bay and the region for both evacuated animals and for shelter animals to free up space in local shelters. If you are able to take another dog or two for a couple of weeks, please reach out to Northern Reach Network or local shelter and foster networks. Here is some contact info:
