Epic QUAILBLOG began when I hatched out a number of coturnix quail in a university class, and taught one of them several tricks for an extra-curricular project in Animal Behaviour. I have been raising quail since I was a kid, and it is one of the passions that has stuck with me my whole life. Technologist I retired Brita to pet status and started working on my career. But EQB continued in the form of this page where I share links related to all things quail. Subject matter is basically all things quail - from hatching and raising them, cooking them, hunting them, processing eggs, quail in science and culture, backyard fowl keeping and urban farming, and other game bird related stuff.
