Hello everyone !!
I am sending out a reminder as I have had a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows to appointments the past 2 weeks. I have a cancellation fee if you do not give me a days notice in advance that your pet is unable to make it to their appointment time. I do not have enough time to fill that slot, which ultimately means I do not get paid, hurting both my business and my family. I try my best to accommodate everyone, I know things do happen last minute and illnesses come up.
Please keep this in mind when booking your next appointment with me!
