Every Woman's Centre and the Cape Breton Feminist Group are happy to present a Women's Self Defense Class, facilitated by Lin Sherwood!
Join us on Saturday, August 16th at 2:00pm at Zombieproof Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Martial Arts at 465 George Street in Sydney! Please dress in appropriate clothing such as a t-shirt, tank top, sweatpants, leggings, workout shorts, etc. and bring a bottle of water.
