What you eat affects how you learn and how you feel, so the quality of food we feed our dogs does affect their behaviour. If you are struggling with your dog, assess his or her food and ask yourself if it is cheaper to buy quality food for the dog, or spend a lot on stuff getting destroyed, including vet bills and expensive trainers. Dog trainers still insist that packs don't exist, that alpha rolls are abusive and wrong, that there is no such thing as an alpha! Well they need to see this and take all their dumb ideas and ignorant abusive words back. For years I and any other pack leader trainer have taken so much abuse from dog trainers. They refused to see it any other way than the way they were taught. Cesar opened our eyes to this in a major way.

I always had a pack and knew someone had to lead or they dogs would fight. Seeing Cesar spell it out and demonstrate it was enlightening. And boy did it anger the dog training community. No longer could they suck copious amounts of money out of you, training the dog, when all that was needed was to train you to lead and all else falls into place. Sort of...
