Thank you firefighters and all involved in saving our town ❤️ we are so happy and grateful to be back in our clinic as of last week. We have been working extra days to play catch up for those we had to reschedule and we appreciate everyone being so wonderful. That being said, we are back in full swing now! Thank you again to all involved (there are soo many) thank you Penticton for being so supportive of our community and letting us lean on you! Thank you so much everyone. Summerland Strong.

Rave to Pooch City Groomers, Cheryl allows us to come in and use her grooming space so we are able to offer our amazing community the opportunity to bring their dogs to this Penticton location for dental cleanings, rather than travel to Summerland. Today we were in there and it’s so nice with the street being open! Cheryl has put a lot of work and effort into the space and it looks amazing. If you get a chance to try her homemade treats, Pooch City Bakery don’t hesitate! Our dogs loved and highly recommend the “Butchers Blend”

Pentictonites we will at Pooch City Groomers! If you would rather not come to our Summerland clinic (gas is expensive and life is busy!!) Saturday, May 23rd, spots are limited and fill last. Cheryl is not grooming on the days we are cleaning. She has graciously offered to let us use her space again. We only see one dog at a time, the environment will be very calm and quiet as we are the only ones there, just like our Summerland Clinic 🪥 🐕 ❤️

Welcome to Okanagan K9 Smiles in Summerland. This is our space! We recently had a dog mom come to see us, she had been very anxious not knowing what to expect when coming to see us. So for other anxious dog owners, welcome to our little clinic! We pride ourselves with our clean, quiet and calm environment. We only have one dog at a time (unless there are siblings 🥰) no scary noises or chaos. All dogs are laid on their side on our comfy chaise lounger. We have, but don’t use an ultrasonic scaler as we find it is scary (in our opinion, we know a lot of other similar businesses use one) high frequency vibration and water have previously resulted in scared dogs, so we do all our cleanings by precision hand scaling. Your dog will not be given any medication, zero. We are calm, confident and skilled in what we do. Our 4 year anniversary is approaching and we have had the pleasure of seeing over 750 doggies and meeting their owners! $250 + GST, never more.

Added- photos of a cleaning being done today. Melissa does all cleanings while Jackie is who you will speak with when scheduling appointments. She keeps everything flowing and organized! She is also the one giving your dog a nice belly rub and cuddles during their cleaning 🥰
