The March session is almost over with testing and graduations next week. We're looking forward to the start of our May session which begins the week of May 3 - 6. So if you're ready to start training your new pup or looking for a little tweaking for a dog that's been through Parkland before to get ready for summer activities, check out our website for class times and to register.

What a great time here at Parkland this weekend! Alberta Obedience Group hosted their annual obedience trial here over the weekend and a high five to the club for celebrating their 5th anniversary this year as well.
Congratulations to all the competitors who took a chance and stepped into the ring this weekend, there were some great successes and titles earned along with some ooppsie learning experiences.
Special congratulations to Parkland Kennel staff and students: Audrey and Honor earned their third and final leg for their Utility title,
Linda and Bella earned their 3rd & final leg for their utility title and they earned their first pair towards their OTCHX,
Larina and Tango earned their first 2 legs towards their Novice title, Katie and Lala earned their Pre-Novice title,
Laurie and Flint earned their Novice title,
Christine and Aela earned 2 legs towards their Pre-Novice,
Keith and Rumor earned the first 2 legs towards their Open title, Sandra and River qualified in open as did Gina and Drastic (they both have already earned their Open titles)
Great job everyone!

This sweet intact male cat has been hanging around our property for about a month now. More than likely he was dumped, we are just hoping to find his owners. He has the kindest disposition, just wants all the love you can give. We are certain someone has to be missing him for sure

Congratulations to all the competitors at the N.A.C.A. dog show this past weekend. There were some great runs and some good learning experiences.
Huge shout out and congratulations to Parkland students:
Lorina with Shilo for earning their CD title with 3 qualifiers
Christina F. with Nero for earning the last leg for their CD title
Sandra with River for earning the final leg of their CDX title
Karen D. with Lyka for earning another CDX leg and with Beckham earning HIT with a 200 score in Open

It's almost time to start the last set of classes before we break for the summer. This last session starts this Sunday, we still have a few spots left in the Sunday classes at 3:00 & 4:30 or the Monday classes at 1:00 & 6:30 for level 1 all our level 2 classes are full.
