This week, we’re shining a light on someone who keeps our hospital running smoothly from the front lines—our incredible receptionist, Cara.

From answering phones, managing appointment bookings, guiding clients through their questions, and keeping patient records in order, Cara is the heart of our front desk.
But her dedication doesn’t stop at the clinic doors. Cara’s deep passion for animal care led her to found Urban WildlifeCare ( )in Grimsby, a wildlife rehabilitation centre she lovingly runs on her days off. Her commitment to both pets and wild animals reminds us every day what true compassion looks like.
