One $10 box of organic Romas made 8 quarts of organic stewed tomatoes. 🍅😍

Just put a clove of garlic, a sprig of basil, a tsp of salt in a sterilized canning jar. Add skinned
tomatoes. Push down into the jar until it’s full.
Process in hot water canner for 20 minutes.

That’s about $65 worth of organic tomatoes for $10.

Took me a couple of hours. 🥰
