My love for animals have led me to starting a home based grooming business. I have a fully equipped grooming shop with allergy friendly products. Services Include:

***NOTICE***
Prices will be increased as of January 2024. Unfortunately my water and hydro has been increased again and therefore my prices will have to go up to accommodate. I am giving lots of notice so that those of you who would like to call around for quotes can have time to do so. But I have done some calls myself and can assure you that my prices will still be at a fair range. This will not impact nail services as they don't require much hydro or any water. For most it will only be a $5 increase, however a few of my larger clients will need to be increase more. I love grooming big dogs and want to continue to do so, but unfortunately my prices on them have to be more as they require the use of more utilities and product. In return I am still going to be able to offer the quality of service you have become accustomed to getting here. And am so grateful for all your support and understanding. I have the best clients ❤️

You all are wonderful! and I really appreciate all the love my business has received. I daily get calls about potential new customers hearing good things and that lights up my day. Honestly, thank you from the bottom of my heart it means more than you know. I just wanted to go over a few things as I continue to try to give you all the same valued services you have been speaking about ♥️
⦁ I am still unable to take in new clients as rebook times are still almost 2 months ahead and a lot of you like your 4-8 week schedule (I like that too as it really helps with coat conditions and behaviors). So I love to hear you like me but I still wont be able to take people sent to me at this time.
⦁ As of October all prices have been increased by $5. This is across the board and notice of the increase was posted on the door and on socials at the end of July, therefore there are no exceptions. It because business expenses and utilities have greatly increased. I know it is a hard time for everyone and if you feel you need to look elsewhere due to price issues I am not offended, I love your dogs but they are not my dogs and therefore I understand you need to do what's best for your family, same as I do.
⦁ Unfortunately due to high demand I have no appointments left in December. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
⦁ The week of November 8th-12th I will be away except for prebooked appointments. and my Holidays will be from December 24th to January 3rd
⦁ Please do not arrive for your babies pick up prior to receiving a call or text or a time we have agreed to. They can become to excited to see you and the process wont be able to be completed.
⦁ When working on a dog, in that moment they are my top priority and therefore I may not be able to answer any calls or messages. Leave a message or text and I always try to get back to people as soon as I can.

Hard to believe that it has been a whole year since I opened Best Pals Grooming in Stayner ; it has been AMAZING! And I have so many people to thank. Firstly Nicky Longworth for giving me the start. Then my awesome God father Mark Moreau for building me my beautiful space. My husband Dave Weatherhead for all his support and help. My parents Richard and Yvonne Galezowski, Cindy Roach Adamira , Wayne Adamira , and Steve Weatherhead for all the love, support, and help. To Cassanndra Martel and Derek for all your time working with my electrical. To my sister's Frances and Christina Galezowski-Webber for being some of my first clients. And all my family for being so encouraging and supportive. And most importantly to my clients, because without you guys I wouldn't be here! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much to my amazing and supportive clients who have been with me for my first year here and some even before that ❤️. Due to the increase of utilities, cost of goods, cost of living, and product delivery fees, as of October 1st, 2022 all prices will have a $5 increase. It also helps me to continue to give a high quality service that you and your fur babies are used to. I value you all so much and wanted to give lots of notice so that anyone who cannot accommodate this increase has time to make other arrangements before their October appointments.

Just a quick note, I am booking now for the third week of July. I really encourage those of you who arent prebooking to do so to avoid an inconvience to you or your fur baby. I have stopped taking in new clients as of April to help the turn around time. I will be taking a week off in July and August for family so if you need your summer appointment please book now. I am not answering the phone when I am working on a dog so please leave a voicemail or a text and I try to get back to my messages as soon as possible. I very much appreciate all of your support and trust with your sweet fur baby's, and hope to see them and you soon. ❤️❤️❤️

Just a note for my amazing clients. As spring🌷 is around the corner I just want to give you the heads up that the wait times🕰️ for appointments (if you haven't already booked) are getting further, I have already started to book into April. I strongly encourage that clients pre-book at the end of the appointment to ensure your spot✅, or if you are looking to come for April that you call now. Also keep this in mind if you are wanting to book that it will likely be more then a months wait so please don't call a week before you want the hair clipped. I hate disappointing people 😞 when they call for a sooner appointment and I just have no space. Of course I have a cancellation list but it never is a guarantee that you will get in sooner or even at all. To help with the waiting I have stopped 🚫 accepting new clients so to better serve you all. I also want to take a minute to say thank you all for making sure I am so busy🐶, it truly is amazing and a blessing. I have the best clients and fur babies❤️
