Hello, fur clients! As most of you know I am moving to Ontario and unfortunately closing my business here. Words can not express how much I will miss your furry family members. I love all my dogs as if they are my own. I took great care in scouting out another groomer for you to try and that I could recommend for my precious clients. I finally found what I hope to be “The one”. Her name is Stacy and her business is The Country Puppy (I have copied her link below). She is located a short distance south of the dog park in Spruce Grove. There are several reason I am recommending her. The grooming industry is not a regulated one and Stacy comes with some great education from a grooming school in Leduc. Stacy is much like myself in that she believes in force free grooming and only books one appointment at a time (or one family at a time) and tries to not over lap bookings which means less stress for the pups. I believe she would be a good fit for many of my aging and delicate clients. I hope you give her a try and know that I carefully selected her based on what I believe my clients would appreciate. Know that I will truly miss every pup that has crossed my table. My last grooming date will be July 31st.

Is your kitchen off limits to your dogs? It’s so nice having a “place” or “mat” command for your doggo’s while you are preparing food etc.

Hello, my fur clients! Just letting you know of an adjustment to my service hours into March. I will be starting full time schooling starting March 6, so I will do my best to open weekends and some later afternoons. This might mean a little more of a wait than usual to get an an appointment.

I am not able to take on any more training clients at this time.

This really needs repeating every year.
Tonight: please walk the perimeter of your yard, look for any escape routes, check your gate latches. When your dog goes out, watch them. When the fireworks start, bring your dog in and secure them, may be play or distract them. Every year, many dogs get spooked by fireworks. Every year, I turn down at least 3 requests for searching a lost dog because I already was out searching for someone’s beloved pet.

Please keep them safe, my goal is not being needed to search New Year’s Day!

To all my grooming clients, training clients, or lost fur baby clients…..how ever you crossed our paths, I wish all of you a restful and peaceful Christmas and a fantastic start to the new year. 2023 will look a little different as I start to transition to a new line of work. Canine Health,first aid and CPR classes will begin in January! And hopefully Vet Assistant starts in March!

Great problem to have…..but I currently can not take on anymore new training clients until I get closer to finishing the ones I have. Still open for grooming clients as it is less time consuming.

Hi my little fluffers, this might be a little dorky but I’m so excited for my new piece of equipment! It’s a dog bath that elevates the bathing experience, it brings to standing height with a 3 point tethering for safety. This will be so much nicer on my back and more secure for your pups.
