This is the breed standard look if you ever need for reference.

Does your groomer like to keep your dog's ears long? The breed standard calls for trimmed ears. Brush all the hair down the ear to the tip, making sure it’s smooth. On the backside of the ear, cut the hair from the base or back of the ear to the tip of the ear. Making sure to follow the ear leather. From the front side, brush the hair again down to the tip to smooth and cut the bottom 1/2 to the tip, just below the ear leather. Taper out the end and blend with the thinning shears. Every one of you was handpicked with care. We read every application, have the conversations, and trust our gut, and it shows. You’ve proven time and again that you’re the kind of people who show up for your pups with love, patience, and so much heart.

We see you socializing them, protecting them, loving them, keeping them healthy, and giving them the kind of life every dog deserves.

Thank you for being exactly who our puppies needed.

We’re just over a month away from something incredibly special. Suki, our beloved foundation girl, is expecting her final litter on August 24th. Her puppies have always been known for their calm, intuitive, and loving natures. Many have gone on to become therapy dogs, best friends, and gentle companions for children and young adults with disabilities.

This last litter holds a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to welcome them.

Stunning Norman!

As usual, we always pick our studs based on their temperament before anything else. But come on, how handsome is he!!!!!!!

He and Suki weigh in right around 28-32 pounds. He is a bit boxier than her.

These two will produce beautiful caramel, apricot and cream puppies with silky soft coats. They will be so adorable.

This upcoming litter is extra special and holds a special place in our hearts. It will be Suki’s very last litter.

Suki is in her prime. She’s vibrant, healthy, and full of love. Her past puppies have brought calm, joy, and comfort to so many families. Several have even gone on to become therapy dogs and emotional support companions because of their exceptional temperaments.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a puppy from Suki or have waited for a half sibling to your current DwD pup from one of her previous litters, this is your moment! Don’t wait.

Puppies are due to arrive August 24th and will be ready to go home October 17-18th.

We have opened up her reservations list which is filling up quickly.
