We are expecting our final Dixie x Gus pairing to arrive within the week (they just couldnt wait until spring).

After this Dixie is retired to being spoiled, and we will be focusing solely on property upgrades, gardens and other animals for the foreseeable future.

Any future litters will be a minimum 2-3 years out. Still room on the list as of now, if you've been on the fence, this will be a phenomenal litter.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you who have adopted from me—you’re not just giving these Australian Shepherds a home, you’re giving them a life full of love, adventure, and purpose.

It means the world to know they are cherished and well cared for. This breed holds a special place in my heart—intelligent, loyal, and full of energy, Aussies are truly remarkable companions. Raising and placing them is something I pour my heart into, and knowing they’re thriving in your homes brings me so much joy and gratitude. Thank you for being part of their journey and mine.

Our Nova girl, completely healed from the amputation, and now completely vaccinated. So she has come along for a sleepover, (with her buddy Terry from home), to hang out in Blind Bay with 2 Bernese mountain dogs and 1 bernedoodle.

Nova is learning how to build more confidence, by facing new situations and new HUGE friends 🧡

Happy May long! Hope you're all having a great weekend!

Just an update on Miss Nova. She's almost 3 weeks post surgery of the amputation of her leg. Stitches came out almost a week ago, and she is doing a lot better without the appendage.

She's such a tough little one, and we look forward to sharing her stories 💕

Trigger warning, surgical site.

Today our little red tri female, now named "Nova" went for surgery to remove her left hind leg. Surgery went well and I am so surprised how fast the healing time should be!

When Nova was born, she was breech. Mom knew she had to act fast to save her puppies, and herself. Unfortunately while trying to help her in the birthing process, irreversible damage was done to tendons and ligaments in the stifle (part of leg) that rendered it mostly not functional. After a couple of vet visits, everyone agreed that surgery would be best for Nova. She goes back in a couple weeks to have stitches removed. 🩷

Nova is staying in our family forever, and we will update on how is doing soon.

A Mother's job never ends. Nova enjoying a good wrestle with her parents 💕
