Chinese cresteds will forever have my heart. Pippin's first groom (since being rescued) was just a reintroduction to grooming. Bath, comb out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a face and sanitary tidy. He was an absolute angel, I was sad to give him back! Can't I just keep him?? ❤️

To all the senior dogs I groom;
No matter how much special handling you need, how many breaks you require, how much more irritable you get, how confused the groom starts to make you, I will always be patient and kind because you deserve it above all others. As your groomer, I too have watched you slowly grow old over the years. I see the changes that you're experiencing and I love you even more every time I get to see you. I love making you feel better even when you start to hate the process. I love that you try so hard to be a good dog even when it gets hard to stand. You, senior dogs, deserve the most patience because you have provided the people in your life so much love and joy that never existed before you. Making you feel clean, fresh, comfortable and happy is the best part of being a groomer. 🐾❤️
