Grief…
A very unpredictable emotion…
Like riding a roller coaster…
Some moments are turbulent flood of tears…others are smaller calm waves of tears…
You don’t get rid of grief … you just learn to make room for it…
One moment I can look at a picture and smile remembering the beautiful memories….and the next moment burst into tears as I realize I won’t be able to take new pictures and create new memories …..
For those of you dealing with Grief… be kind to yourself…. Everyone deals with this emotional roller coaster different so don’t compare yourself to others journey…. Know it’s ok to have happy moments…and to smile and laugh❤️ also know it’s ok to burst into tears when you go to the grocery store and see their favourite food or pick up the phone to give them a call…
For those of you dealing with people who have lost a loved one… please be kind n patient…. We can be forgetful…. We can be over emotional….we can be social and then pull back and want to hide from the world…. We also can be learning how to navigate through new things like anxiety…please don’t take anything personal… we are struggling learning to navigate our new lives ….

Thank you CNAC for organzinig another amazing year. It was a great feeling to be back in Brandon. We are Home safe and sound with our Small but mighty group this year at Canadas National Arabian Championship!
