⭐️⭐️⭐️Some Friendly Reminders⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️I give out courtesy reminders and confirmation texts the day before your dog’s appointments, as I know these appointments have to be booked so far in advance. Please do not just rely on the courtesy confirmations to remember your appointments!

⭐️Please make sure you schedule your prebooked appointments in your day timers or phones! All appointments for the year have been given, along with a reminder note for the next appointment on every receipt when you come.

⭐️There is a $40 cancellation fee per dog if I’m not given more than 24 hours notice except in emergency or extreme weather conditions. Even with 24 hours notice it is almost impossible to fill a spot. I have a running cancellation list but everyone’s schedules are jammed packed and it’s difficult for people to rearrange their schedules in such short notice as well.

⭐️Everyone gets even busier in the summer (dog groomers are the busiest at this time) with holidays and going away, so please let me know in advance if you have to change an appointment and I will do my best to accommodate. More than likely I have to try to switch with someone else’s spot, as the schedule is full. I appreciate everyone that helps out and is able to switch sometimes!

I’m sorry there is not more wiggle room in the schedule but I’m going on 30 years of gaining fabulous clients! That’s a lot of pups! I’ve groomed up to 3 and 4 generations of some families dogs! Not that I’m trying to show my age lol!

Our kitty Daniel is learning all the dog tricks😆🐱🤍🧡. We unfortunately had to say goodbye a while ago to our beloved Darnell🐱❤️🫩. There was something wrong with his immune system where he could not heal properly and eventually had liver issues. He was the sweetest and most loving cat I have ever met and the short 8 months we had him were the best ever. It hit us so hard in the heart and Daniel’s too. They were such good buddies.

Meet Franny. One of my clients rescued her. She was living in a car with her homeless owner for all of her life till the owner couldn’t keep her anymore. She had major separation anxiety, and very little life skills. Sandy had no idea what she got herself into, but she stuck with the training, the leadership, the dedication to helping her through her anxiety. You should see Franny now! She has improved so much and has become one of the best doodles here to groom.
