Good Morning and happy “Saturday Messages from the Animals”.
Today I received 2 messages- 1 from Airosa my mare who passed away 3 years ago- she is the white horse with roses in her mane. “ Don’t keep trying to go back to doorway to the old. Even if you feel wobbly or unsure of the new- focus on what lights you up and God will take care of the rest with action steps.”
Second message is from Bentley my dog. We are having days filled with cooler temperatures and rain- not fun for me as I feel the cold so easily and I need the sun or I get depressed.
Still he beckoned me to come outside and sit with him. I bundled up and sat with him outside. I realized how I was out of alignment from not being outside on a daily basis. His message is simple today “Go outside and reconnect to the miracle and beauty of nature. You will feel happier and your outlook on life will be more positive.”
So grateful for all the love around me with my animals and with Nature!

Good morning everyone!
I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with a client that came for Table Top healing with Eragon and I a couple of days ago.
My client was stressed out and feeling overwhelmed by family and pressures in life. I told her she needed some reiki and Horse Medicine, and she agreed. She brought her 6 year old daughter who was hesitant to come- she had not been around horses before.
They arrived and met Eragon, and were totally in awe of him! He was being deliberately very sweet and gentle with the little girl and by the end of the session had fallen in love with horses and was calling to Eragon repeatedly.
My client finished her session relaxed, happy and calm. She told me that this was something that she will be doing on a regular basis.

Good morning Facebook group. I was receiving an abundance of information in morning spiritual practice-meditation. I have been asked on behalf of my animals to make my Animal Connection workshops available again to people wishing to learn to reconnect to their pets. It will be expanded into a 2 day workshop with dates being posted tomorrow.
My animals have also wanted me to start a weekly-Messages from the Animals to be done starting today-
Bentley my beautiful husky-gentle and kind soul, who holds peaceful space in our home and has befriended all of our pets, send the message to you today "We have a voice with messages that need to be heard." Bentley..stay open to what comes to you from your animal family today.
How do we relax our mind and body enough to hear?

I do a powerful visualization when I am feeling off, unbalanced or overwhelmed. I lay down somewhere quiet, and close my eyes and ask for my guides, healers and Angels to clear and heal my energy. I visualize a crystal room where I walk up steps to a massage bed in the middle of the room and I lay down on it. I see the entire room filled with crystals below, above and surrounding me. I allow my healers to help and heal me. sometimes I see them placing crystals on my body, or waving a sacred feather over me...I allow and trust in the process and there are times I just feel peace.
Sometimes it takes a few minutes-yesterday it took 45 minutes. I woke feeling clear, balanced and revived. Try this exercise for yourself and I wish it heals you too.

Happy Sunday everyone! Its sunny and the weather forecast starting tomorrow is looking balmy! Well better than it has been. While visiting today with Eragon, I was reminded how powerful Horse Medicine is. I have been rattled and exhausted from the stressful week at work, and just sitting on a rock, slowing my breathing, clearing my mind, being MINDFUL instead of mindful! Being in nature and especially with the horses is so grounding, so peaceful, so magical.

Eragon and I will be ready to offer Table Top healing outside as the mud begins to dry. The benefit of Reiki symbols, nature and Eragons wisdom and big healing heart.

Does this whisper to your soul? Or perhaps you are needing it as a therapy treatment in a bundle of sessions. Either way...we look forward to the journey of healing ....back to the calling of Spirit.

I will let you know when the ground is dry enough to begin. In the meantime, you can email me and I can give you more information.

What a fantastic day today! I took a couple of pictures of Eragon- so happy after his brushing (letting go of his winter woolies)!

I am so happy to see the blue sky and feel the sun on my face! It has been a busy couple of weeks, I look forward to regenerating my being with this warmer weather.
With the warmer weather approaching soon I will be starting our mediation drop in with the horses on Sunday mornings every other Sunday $45 per person.

Also tabletop healings with Eragon will be starting soon too!

Tomorrow I will be posting more information about my 4 month online mentor program Embracing the Gift of Sensitivity. The program offers information on how environmental toxins affect our energy and what we can do to protect ourselves. Knowledge about chakras, crystals and how to work with Archangels will also be included.

Hello everyone!

How do we navigate ourselves in a changing world, where the energy is moving so fast, we wonder how we can keep up.
