For our REGULARS
All twice weekly, weekly, biweekly and monthly year-round clients will keep the same service days through spring. However, arrival times may vary during the busy season. Once the rush settles, timing will return to normal.

If you're interested in getting on a reccurring schedule, please let us know when booking your spring cleanup! Spots are limited.
BOOKING your SPRING CLEANUP
When you get in touch, please include:
- Your location (including area if you're within Saskatoon)
- Number of dogs
- How much snow you have left in your yard (pictures are a bonus!)
- Yard type (mostly grass, rock or dirt)
This helps us determine scheduling and avoid wildly guessing how long we'll be playing "find the p**p" in your yard.
SERVICE AREAS
We currently service Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, and Sunset Estates. We may expand to surrounding communities if we can fill a full day - feel free to ask!
WHEN to BOOK
- Pre bookings open April 11th.
- Estimated start: Mid - late April (weather dependent)
- Yards MUST be at least 90% free of snow and ice before we come in. If it still looks like a winter wonderland back there... it's not ready yet.
This ensures you receive a thorough job and avoids the need for a second cleanup.
Please remember spring is our busiest and most important season. We aim to work as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.
RESPONSE TIMES
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, as I handle all the booking while also working in the field.
If you haven't heard back after 48 hours, feel free to follow up in case your message was missed. We promise we're not ignoring you, we are likely on the job, knee deep in poo and just trying to survive 😆.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
- We work from 7am-8pm.
- Your appt could fall anywhere within that window on your scheduled date.
- We WILL be in touch with 20-45 minutes' notice before arrival
At that time please ensure the following:
- Gates are unlocked (or propped open if difficult to reach.. if you struggle with the latch, we definitely will too 😅)
- Remove any obstacles from around the yard, and especially near the exit!
The bags are VERY heavy. So we really appreciate a clear path!
- Have your dogs in the house or garage. We LOVE meeting everyone's dogs but during the spring rush we don't have time for proper introductions (or belly rub negotiations)
- We cannot provide exact arrival times due to many variables throughout the day.
You do NOT need to be home during service.
PAYMENT
We require payment as SOON as the job is complete.
If paying CASH:
- Please let us know beforehand and have it hidden somewhere safe.
- Or be ready to meet up with our team when the job is complete.
If payment is by ETRANSFER:
- Please have that sent over immediately when you get the message that we are finished up (which will include our etranster information).
And remember to include your address in the memo line so we know which payment belongs to which yard. (Future me trying to keep up with bookkeeping thanks you!)
People often ask if they can tip - they are never expected, but always appreciated! And they go directly to the folks that did the job for you.
CANCELLATION & FEES
- MINIMUM of 48 hours required to cancel or postpone (more is appreciated)
- Late cancellations are subject to a fee (closer to appt time = higher fee)
Exceptions: Severe weather (snowstorm/heavy rain). In case of either of those, we will be in touch to reschedule you.
If we arrive and cannot access your yard, the full cleanup fee will apply.
