🚨 LAST CHANCE FOR NAIL TRIMS AND PRODUCT PICK UP BEFORE MY HOLIDAYS 🚨

📍 When & Where:
Thursday, July 31
3:00–6:00 PM at 1418 Faulkner Crescent
Enter through the back alley via the overhead garage door.

🚗 Parking:
Please park behind the church and do not block the alley.

🐶 Dog Safety:
All dogs must be leashed with secure collars that they cannot slip out of.

⏱️ Wait Policy:
Stay in your vehicle until the previous dog has left the garage.
(Not all dogs are social.)

📋 Order of Service:
First come, first serve – honor system.
Pay attention to who arrived before you.

📦 Product Pickup:
If you’re only picking up products (no dog), you can come right in.

🔐 Special Cases:
If the garage door is closed, a special dog is inside.
You may text me, but please wait in your vehicle until the door reopens.

💵 Payment:
Cash only – I carry change if needed.

Cash Only Policy Reminder

Since I posted about switching to cash only, I’ve had several people ask if they can still send e-transfers the day before or at the time of service. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. It creates extra work for me to track payments, and it’s been inconsistent week to week with who follows through.

Someone also suggested an “approved e-transfer list,” but again, that adds to my workload and defeats the purpose of simplifying things.

I totally understand this is inconvenient — even for me. E-transfers were easy and convenient, and I know this may cost me some business. That said, I really appreciate those of you who understand and continue to support me.

I always have change available for cash payments. For Thursday drop-ins, there’s a drive-thru ATM at the Co-op on 33rd that’s nearby and convenient.

With it being summer, my 7-year-old son is out of school and may need to accompany me on some house calls—thank you for your understanding!

Urgent Help Needed for Scuttle 🐾

As some of you may have heard, a black dog named Scuffle was struck by a vehicle earlier today on Idylwyld. Thankfully, a kind bystander witnessed the accident, located where he had hidden, and called Animal Control right away.

Scuttle is currently at the vet with serious injuries, including one that will require the amputation of a leg. To make matters even more heartbreaking, the family also lost another dog in a separate vehicle accident earlier today.

As they grieve this unimaginable loss, let’s come together and help ease the financial burden of these tragic events.

About Me
With over 10 years of experience trimming nails for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, along with years of dog training expertise, I specialize in working with dogs who may be anxious or difficult during the process.

While I can’t promise your dog will “enjoy” the nail trim, I believe nail care is an essential part of pet ownership—just like vet appointments. Keeping your dog’s nails properly trimmed is vital for their overall foot health and body structure.

Dogs can learn to avoid nail trims by reacting negatively, but I ensure the job gets done by staying calm and consistent. Over time, the reaction is less about the dog “hating it” and more about understanding it’s a non-negotiable part of their care.

Drop in every Thursday at Faulkner cres 3-6pm unless otherwise posted.
