We are letting you know that Lily Greens will be permanently closed by the end of 2023. Thank you all for your love, support and friendships that have come through the common interests of micro greens and having a small business. As we have seen some changes in our careers/life we are finding it difficult to get the work/life balance which lead us to this decision. We've genuinely enjoyed the experience of growing and selling microgreens for our community. We are looking forward to new adventures on the horizon. Thanks again and all the best to everyone!

No stranger to the scene, she comes to us fresh from Lily Greens.🌿

In the past, Laura spent a dedicated 10+ years 💪as a physiotherapy assistant at BWH, helping others regain their strength and mobility. But life threw a wonderful curveball named 'daughter' and a business dream, Lily Greens, her way.

Eager to find the perfect blend of work and passion, Laura stumbled upon us. And boy, are we glad she did! 🙌 She's already proving to be our daily dose of sunshine, making us laugh and brightening up our office like never before.

🍉 Microgreen, Cheese, and Watermelon Salad 🌱🧀🍉

Ingredients:

Fresh microgreens (such as pea shoots or mixed microgreens)
Watermelon, diced into bite-sized cubes
Feta cheese, crumbled
Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh mint leaves, torn
Balsamic glaze or reduction
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a large salad bowl, combine the microgreens, watermelon cubes, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and torn mint leaves.
Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze or reduction and extra virgin olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently toss the salad to evenly distribute the ingredients and coat them in the dressing.

Ingredients:

Fresh microgreens (such as brassica blend or a mix of microgreens)
Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or in small balls
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze or reduction
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on a serving platter or individual plates.
Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the tomatoes and cheese.
Scatter a generous amount of fresh microgreens on top of the salad.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze or reduction.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
