Customer Service Agreement
Business: Lambton Scoop Crew
Service: Residential pet waste removal
By scheduling service, the customer agrees to the following terms.
Service Description
Lambton Scoop Crew provides professional removal of pet waste from residential yards to keep outdoor spaces clean and sanitary.
Services offered:
• Weekly yard cleanup
• Biweekly yard cleanup
• One-time cleanups
• Seasonal or spring cleanups
Pet Safety Policy
For the safety of our staff:
• Dogs must be secured indoors during service unless previously approved.
• Aggressive dogs must always be restrained.
If dogs cannot be safely secured, the service may be skipped for that visit.
Yard Accessibility
Clients must ensure:
• Gates are unlocked
• Yards are accessible
• No hazardous conditions exist
If access is not possible, the visit may be skipped and counted as a scheduled service.
Payment Policy
• Payment is due monthly in advance.
• Payments can be made by e-transfer or agreed method.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
Vacation & Missed Service Policy
Lambton Scoop Crew pricing is based on annual service averaged across the year.
This means occasional missed services due to:
• Client vacation
• Business vacation
• Severe weather
Scheduling adjustments are already factored into the monthly price. Because of this, credits or refunds are not issued for occasional missed visits. This policy allows us to keep pricing consistent and affordable for all customers.
Weather Policy
Service operates in light rain or snow.
Service may be postponed if conditions include:
• Severe storms
• Heavy snowfall covering waste
• Dangerous ice conditions
Missed visits will be rescheduled when possible.
Initial Cleanup
If the yard has significant buildup, an initial cleanup fee may be required before regular service begins.
Waste Disposal
Pet waste will be bagged and removed from site with safe sanitary practices.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel service at any time with 24 hours’ notice.
