🇨🇦 Canada/ 🇺🇸 USA Tariffs
We’ve had several inquiries in regard to the tariffs between Canada and the USA. Our products are NOT affected as we do not cross border ship. For US customers all of our products are made fresh weekly and shipped from Washington state. For Canadian customers, all of our products are made and shipped from Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.

With the recent announcements regarding raw pet food being linked and recalled due to H1N1 Avian Flu - We have had an influx of questions regarding our cat food products. The ingredients in the premix are NOT in the raw form, so the risk is alleviated. The egg yolk and liver powder are both spray dried and heated to a temperature of 180°F. Third-party, certified testing is then completed to check for contaminants and nutritional levels. These ingredients are also manufactured in FDA inspected facilities.

If you’re concerned about feeding raw poultry to your cat, there is the option to cook the meat. The preparation for the cooked diet is slightly different than the raw, in that the premix is added after the cooked meat and water mixture has cooled down to room temperature. You will find both raw and cooked preparation instructions on the back of the cat food pouch, as well as the website.
