Heron Crossing Acres is our farm name but I also create pottery here at home. For any one searching this site for pottery though, you will be hard pressed to find any. Heck, you'll be hard pressed to find many postings on our farm happenings either, lol! We keep chickens for eggs, raise registered Dorper sheep & commercial meat lambs (cut & wrapped), have several livestock working dogs, one cat and once in awhile I find time to sit at the pottery wheel and/or hand build some pottery. Life is full of all of my favourite things.

Hands up if you love pottery! We're excited to add another potter to our mix of local artisans at Steamers. Lori has been "puttering in pottery" for over 12 years. Stop in and see her beautiful work!

Felling Family Farms ventured back into sheep with some of our sheep a few years ago. This little bottle ewe lamb recently traveled the Coquihalla to live with them. "Everyleigh April" is being well taken care of by the youngest member of the Felling clan. Future farmer here, jammies and all. 🐑 This is just the cutest stinkin' video I've ever seen. 😂 wait for it...

I haven't posted many pictures of our foundation ewes for quite awhile. Here are some of the girls. We have both Registered and non-registered Dorpers as well as Dorper x's. All gift us with the most gorgeous lambs. 2018 lambing season begins in just a few days. Excited to see the new ones arrive.

We have some 2017 spring ram lambs not spoken for. Ideally we like to see some of them go for breeding stock but alas such is farming. For anyone interested in either a breeding ram or freezer lamb, please contact us at 250-832-8002.
