The Crate Escape

A cage free, guilt free approach to leaving your pet while you're away for the day, weekend, or vac If you own a small to medium size dog (up to 20 lbs.)

and are going away on vacation, for the week end or just the day, but do not want to leave your pet in a kennel, come and see us! We are an animal loving family with a dog of our own that loves canine company! ;-)
We will provide at least 2 walks daily, independent access to our large deck through our doggy door, as well as a big backyard to run around and play. With your permission, home made tre

ats and visits to the dog park. And, absolutely no crates! We are The Crate Escape! Unless of course, it is at your request and that is where your pooch feels happy and safe when needed. How do we begin? To start, we ask that, at your convenience,
you set up a visit for you and your pooch to ensure he/she is a good match for The Crate Escape and is social with other dogs. It is also a good way to allow him/her to become familiar and comfortable with us and our home should they return. Here are our Fees:

Per day: 30.00
Per day/overnight 40.00
50.00 for 2 furkids from the same family for Daycare
70.00 for 2 furkids from the same family for overnight

If pick up is before noon for extended stays, that day is free
otherwise, it is an additional 30.00 for daycare

We offer pick up and drop off:
20.00 in the West Island
25.00 everywhere else. Want your pooch smelling and looking fresh when he comes home? We can arrange for grooming too. Here is what we do not charge for:

Administering medication
Brushing/Combing
Homemade treats given with your permission. Take home treat bag
Unlimited TLC

Lots of ways to keep your dog happy and cool indoors! The ground is too hot as well as the air of course, so a quick outside pee/poo and then back inside is best!

Also those with short nosed pooches like pugs, bulldogs, and boxers, etc..are prone to heatstroke since they can’t pant as easily as other breeds. So if you have this type of breed, please be mindful of that.

Summer’s finally here and that’s great, but adjusting our routine for their safety needs to always be a priority! 🐾❤️🐾
