We’ll be taking a little break to enjoy the last long weekend of summer! 🍉⛱️🌻
Our clinic will be CLOSED on Saturday, August 31st and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd.

If your pets need any medications or food, be sure to stock up before the weekend so everyone can relax and enjoy the sunshine. 🌞🐶🐱

☀️🎉 Long Weekend Alert! 🎉☀️

Please note, our clinic will be closed on Saturday, August 2nd for the Civic Holiday long weekend.

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, August 5th.

If your pet needs a prescription refill or food order, please give us a call before the weekend so we can make sure you’re stocked up.

🚨 Boil Water Advisory in Effect 🚨

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for parts of our community. Please remember that pets are affected too! 🐶🐱

Please boil tap water for at least one minute and let it cool before offering it to your pets for drinking or food preparation. Bottled water is also a safe alternative.

Keeping our furry family members safe and healthy starts with clean water! 💧❤️

Stay safe and hydrated!

UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory issued on July 11 for parts of St. Thomas has now been officially rescinded by Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Ninh Tran.

✅ Recent water samples have returned satisfactory results.

Residents in the affected area are advised to run cold taps for 5 minutes to flush their lines.

Enjoying the warmer weather this weekend? With the spring thaw and heavy rains recently, please remember rivers, streams, and ponds can become fast-moving and unpredictable. While your pets may love exploring near water, please be cautious — for both your safety and your pet’s. 🐾🌊

👉 A few safety tips to keep in mind:

- Avoid off-leash walks near rivers or creeks during high water.
- Fast currents can sweep pets away before you even realize they're in trouble.
- Muddy banks and wet rocks can be slippery and hard to climb out of.
- Cold water can lead to shock or hypothermia very quickly.

Enjoy the fresh air, but stay alert and make safe choices so everyone gets home happy and healthy. 💚🐶🐱

At his last visit, 10-year-old Snow reminded us all why we love what we do. Since starting Librela treatment, this sweet senior pup has made an incredible transformation. His mobility has improved so much that he’s now chasing—and even catching—wildlife in his backyard! 🦊🐿️

The best moment? Seeing Snow leap off the floor on all four paws in pure excitement during his visit! (Check out the picture—we couldn’t stop smiling!)

Helping pets like Snow live comfortably and joyfully in their golden years is why we’re here. We’re so proud of you, Snow, and can’t wait to see what adventures are next! 🐕✨
