If you’re visiting the clinic today, please don’t be alarmed by the increased police presence in the area. There is active police training taking place on our street, and everything is safe and under control.

Our team and your pets are safe, and appointments are continuing as normal. 🐾💙

🍁 Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Our hospital will be closed from Saturday, October 11 through Monday, October 13 so our team can enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

We’ll reopen on Tuesday, October 14 for our regular hours. If your pet needs medication refills or food before the long weekend, please give us a call as early as possible this week so we can have everything ready for you.

🐾 Guess who brightened up our Wednesday? Wednesday! 💜

This adorable little kitten came in for her very first visit today and completely charmed our team! 😻 She was so brave and made fast friends with her new toy — playing with it the entire visit like a true pro. 🎾🐱

Welcome to the family, Wednesday! We can’t wait to watch you grow (and keep showing off those playful moves)! 💜

🍬 Meet Caramel! 🍬

Today was this little ball of fluff's very first visit with us, and it’s safe to say she lived up to her name — sweet as can be! 🐶💛

Caramel won us all over with her soft curls and cuddly personality. We can’t wait to watch her grow and see all the adventures she gets up to!

This kitty escaped from her owner’s arms this morning outside our clinic just before an appointment. They’re scared and may be hiding nearby.

We’ll be taking a little break to enjoy the last long weekend of summer! 🍉⛱️🌻
Our clinic will be CLOSED on Saturday, August 31st and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd.

If your pets need any medications or food, be sure to stock up before the weekend so everyone can relax and enjoy the sunshine. 🌞🐶🐱

☀️🎉 Long Weekend Alert! 🎉☀️

Please note, our clinic will be closed on Saturday, August 2nd for the Civic Holiday long weekend.

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, August 5th.

🚨 Boil Water Advisory in Effect 🚨

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for parts of our community. Please remember that pets are affected too! 🐶🐱

Please boil tap water for at least one minute and let it cool before offering it to your pets for drinking or food preparation. Bottled water is also a safe alternative.

Keeping our furry family members safe and healthy starts with clean water! 💧❤️

Stay safe and hydrated!

UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory issued on July 11 for parts of St. Thomas has now been officially rescinded by Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Ninh Tran.

✅ Recent water samples have returned satisfactory results.

Residents in the affected area are advised to run cold taps for 5 minutes to flush their lines.
