A long overdue update!!!

In September our BearSky's Makoons of the Mountains was welcomed into his retirement by the most incredible family! This decision to retire Mak just before his 4th birthday was not taken lightly. He was an amazing part of our family, a gentle, loving daddy to his babies and a devoted “uncle” to others..

In the summer of 2025 Mak started showing signs that the hormones of the girls was too stressful for this very emotional guy. Requesting respect for privacy, I will not go into details unless for educational purposes with breeder friends.

After seeing how difficult the summer heat cycles of two of the girls were for him, we knew it was in Mak’s best interest to find a home where he could relax, continue learning, and fully enjoy being his silly, happy self.

Mak truly hit the JACKPOT with his new family!

Mom Kim, Dad Jason, their three incredible children, and his Boston sister, Pebbles ❤️🐾 While we cherish so many wonderful memories with Mak and I still miss him often, I truly believe he landed exactly where he was meant to be.

Poor Rudy,

Still looking for his perfect family to love him, so here's a little reminder on some details and information on his personality.

DOB: December 18, 2024
Born to: BearSky's Bindi Grey Destiny Sky and IceLady's Blue Streets Hondo from Icelady's Bouncing Baby Bostons, Icelady's Bouncing Baby Bostons.

Rudy is now 4.5 months old and hopes for a family with kids or adults willing to spoil him rotten. He would do well with other dogs as he loves to mess around and get our dogs here to chase him, give them kisses and play tug.

Rudy is a gentle, loving guy who gives sweet kisses, will snuggle and let you moosh his excess skin around thinking he is getting the most incredible massage, and he will rough house but has learned when we ask to stop and will settle back down.

Rudy has learned to sit, come, give a paw, and lay down. He is gentle when taking treats from your hand and is very food-motivated. On top of basic commands, he fully understands when I ask if he wants to go outside and will run straight to the door, but he is still working on perfecting house training, as he is still a pup.

He strongly desires to make his people happy, so he loves praise, listens well to commands, and will follow you wherever you go. Rudy would love going on adventure walks/hikes just as much as a rainy day spent snuggled on the couch or a dog bed. I consider him to be on the lower end of medium energy for a Boston Terrier, as he loves to zoom around the yard and play with his toys, but he is a big fan of just hanging out with his people.

All adopted

Rudy, Lucy and Tilly have been hard at work, continuing to learn house, training, master, their basic command commands, and work on manners with the other dogs. These three would do well in any family dynamic, and all have very different personalities.

Lucy is our typical Boston terrier, made of sugar and spice and everything nice. She will zoom around chasing toys and looking for a good game of bitey face, then we’ll be ready to lay on your lap and watch your favourite show at the end of the night while cuddling. Lucy also would like you to know that she is a professional smoocher and has all of the kisses to give.

Rudy is a big boy, but he knows that means he has more love to give. This big guy still needs to finish growing into his paws and skin, but don’t let his size fool you as he is just a big baby. Rudy prefers a good cuddle over long walks, but is always up for a game of ball. He is our perfect gentleman that has worked well on learning, his manners, basic commands, and house training. He is looking for someone that is willing to be his best friend.

Matilda, a.k.a Tilly, is the silly one of the bunch and will always keep you laughing and entertained with her antics.  She will sit by your feet patiently, waiting for you to reach down and give her scratches,  that will guarantee make her melt and roll over showing you she is asking for tummy rubs.  She is a clever girl that learns quickly, and will keep you on your toes, but makes up for it when she scooches in for a cuddle.

Love is not just for Valentine's Day...it is meant to be shared over a lifetime.

Two little boys and three little girls are looking for their special families to show them love over a lifetime. At 8 weeks they are ready to be adopted into their new families.

Born on December 18, 2024, from BearSky's Bindi Grey Destiny Skye and IceLady's Blue Hondo Streets from Icelady's Bouncing Baby Bostons. These babies will be the final babies available from these two as Bindi is retiring to her position as queen of her castle and future auntie to any babies.

They have been Vet checked, had first vaccines, deworming and are all ready to go home with their puppy kit from Purina Pro Plan, a custom kit from us, and 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance.

Doug is the best little man I’ve had the chance to raise. He is sweet, quiet and has found his silly!

He’s been learning that there’s more to life than suntanning and snoozing and has been learning how much fun all the noisy toys are as well it’s so much fun to wrestle with the other dogs in the house!

He continues to be the smartest guy, he knows sit, wait, paw and outside. He’s been learning his leash walking skills and is a dream in his crate at night! He likes to get out of bed with me in the mornings and go outside for a potty then always takes a nap before getting busy with breakfast and playtime! He’s a very quiet little man who still hasn’t shown us the sound of his bark, but he will make little whimpers to ask to go outside or to let us know he is ready for his dinner!

As Doug is now 5 months old it’s become important for him to find his very own family to love and bond with! The hope is that he is able to find his family very soon or he will be held back to be neutered at which time his adoption fee will be reverted back to the standard fee!

Poor Doug is still looking for a family of his very own. He has grown tired of his sisters' antics and toy snatching. Doug would like to live a more relaxed life where he can do a few zooms around the house or yard, and then snuggle up on your lap.

Doug is also a very clever boy, he prefers to go outside to do his potty business and has learned to go straight to the door. Although he is still under 4 months old he hopes you will understand if he has the odd accident. Doug will tolerate going in the puppy pool but seems to prefer to lay under the sun.

He has mastered the art of 'sit' and is proficient at holding his sit and waiting for either a snack or his kibble bowl to be placed down for meals.

Doug is crate-trained overnight and is not a boy who makes much noise at all, in fact, you barely hear a peep from him. He is very gentle and easygoing and would prefer a family who could match his happy-go-lucky laid-back lifestyle.
