Good morning everyone, please read the following message as there is some important information listed.
April 1st 2025 will be 5 years since I have taken over bourgeois grooming and those 5 years have been great in so many different ways thanks to each and everyone of you. I hope for many more great years with so many amazing clients! With that being said, it also has brought my original contract with the building to an end. Despite my efforts to avoid another price increase this year with the cost of everything rising, especially the products I use to keep your pets fresh I unfortunately cannot avoid it with my rent increasing as well.
A price increase will be in affect as of April 3rd 2025, this will mainly effect medium/large breeds, and/or dogs getting over 1/2” haircut. For any questions or concerns please call or text 780-460-7797.
I will also be getting everyone to fill out new client cards starting April 1st as well to make sure everything is up to date!
Just a reminder there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if an appointment is canceled under 24 hours you will be subjected to a fee. Each day is booked appropriately and time slots are blocked off for specific dogs and their needs. A 24 hour cancellation policy helps respect this booking process and our time.
One last thing! We are currently booking for May 2025, so please try and prebook at pick up or give yourself and your pup enough time in advance when booking!
