Brendan has personal experience in rehabbing injuries with Massage therapy and strength training and wants to help you avoid common training mistakes that can lead to pain, injury or plateaus.

With over a decade of experience in various training techniques and extensive knowledge of human anatomy, Brendan will help guide you toward transformative results. With a unique approach blending strength training with massage recovery principles.

Training Options include but are not limited to:

1. One-Time Custom Training Plan: Includes a one time training plan with an option to schedule an in person visit for form and technique tips.

Now that school is in full swing again and we’re all getting busier, let us know if you need some help taking care of your furry friends!

We are currently offering dog walking (30min/60 min), dog or cat check ins to top up food/water and a pop outside, or in house pet sitting for overnights.

Prices are negotiable depending on how far we have to travel but we try to stick to the following

• 30 minute walk - $15
• 1 hour walk - $25
• mid day check in - $15
• In house petting sitting - $25 per day

Hey everyone!

We are a couple who just moved from NL to Sackville, NB to be closer to family. We are both Registered Massage Therapists who are still in the process of getting work in this beautiful town but in the meantime we would love to offer some pet sitting and dog walking services to help as we start our new journey. What we would be offering is -
• Dog walking/Check ins during work hours

• Pet Sitting (as many check ins as you would like that would Involve food/water changes, litter box cleaning/ litter changes, playing with your pets and giving them lots of engagement, notifying you if there are any changes to your pets mood/ activity level as well as anything else your pets may need while in our care including medications.)

We have a lot of experience working with animals, one of us having worked as a vet assistant as a former career after graduating from Academy Canada’s Vet Assistant program.
We have two wonderful cats of our own who we love with all our heart and are incredibly spoiled, but have had dogs aswell for most of our lives.

We are active individuals who will happily walk your dog for as long as they need or as little as they need, and are comfortable working on walk training with pups who aren’t so good with on leash walking yet.

We understand that leaving your family members alone can be a scary experience but we promise to love your pets like our own and give them the attention and care they deserve. (Or admire from a far if that’s what they prefer) we also promise to send lots of pictures, videos and updates of your pets to help ease your mind and show you they are having the best possible time without you!
