So I was hoping to not have to write this, but the time has come….Steele canine crew has decided to take a sabbatical leave. I’m hopeful this will be a temporary means to bring me back to where I need to be as the leader of this “pack” but time will tell 🙂
It’s been a rough few years personally and professionally, and to be honest, this thick skin is a little worn lately. As those who know me are aware, I am a helper and empathic. Sometimes to a fault. While I have been fighting it for a while now, the time has come to admit that I need to give myself a break. I have to admit that I am tired. I have a full time job outside of running SCF that has been busy and draining, 2 amazing children that need mom on her game, 3 stunning and incredible dogs that are in stages of senior to puppyhood that require attention and clarity, and a husband that puts up with allllllll of this PLUS me!! Yes, he’s a saint lol.
I will not be holding classes, drop ins or privates during this time. However, I do plan to continue to work on, build and update the website that I’ve been trying to create for a while now. I invite you all to join as a site member to stay up to date with our journey and to use the amazing resources that I love to share with you!
In the meantime, be kind, share what you can, and have fun! Life is too short for the craziness that we deal with on a regular basis! We all have one thing in common on this site, and that is the love, respect, and joy that we want for our homes, including our dogs.
