Amidst the daily adventures of our beloved canine crew, we quickly came to the realization that a lot of dog treats contain unnecessary additives and chemicals. Driven by a desire to provide only the best for our adventure companions, we embarked on a quest for healthier alternatives. It was on this learning journey that we decided to upcycle spent beer grain from Revelstoke’s local brewery, Rumpus Beer Co. We decided to upcycle the spent grain from the brewery to make homemade, simple and delicious RAD Dog Treats. Handcrafted with just 4 wholesome ingredients; spent grain, flour, peanut butter (with no additives), and egg. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to dog parents, and to contribute to waste reduction by upcycling spent beer grain and creating a local refill program for dog treats to help eliminate unnecessary packaging . This is more than a business, it’s a mission to redefine how we care for our canine companions and our environment. RAD Dog Treats is a venture rooted in sustainability, simplicity, and community. We are also still offering group adventures for dogs with a foundation of recall and socialization. Private walks are offered for those who like to walk alone or who require more attention.
