A family operated facility established in 2007 with a focus on quality care and the freedom to enjoy your horse as you please; Misener Performance Horses is a private full service boarding, breeding, and rehab care facility. We specialize in breeding Services including; Preparing mares for breeding, semen pick up, overseeing AI insemination and ultrasound checks, foal delivery, growth management,

yearling & sale preparation or preparation for training & sale representation. Horses for foal delivery, new foal(s) or special cases can be closely monitored by our 24/7 camera system on or off property. A variety of paddock and pasture turnout options are available to accommodate individualized needs and suited for all seasons. Nutrition is a large focus for optimal performance, which is why we feed only high quality feed, hay and supplements (as needed). We have outstanding veterinary, farrier and other Equine services that are readily available. We are conveniently located minutes Highway 17. We offer the option to bring your own trainer or coach without the pressure of being required to join a lesson program; however lessons and training can be arranged. Misener Performance Horses also hosts clinics and events on a variety of subjects and disciplines. The facility offers:
* large, tall 10x12 stalls as well as two 12x12 stalls
* 150x70 Indoor Arena
* 100x200 outdoor arena
* 50 foot round pen
* Quality balanced feed ration
* custom individualized feeding options
* Individual and group turn out options
* Blanketing and booting included with indoor board
* equine massage therapist on site
* On site knowledgeable staff to assist in veterinary care, Farriers, and other services
* Availability of staff to provide bandage changes, hand walking and other specialized care options.

Beautiful grade QH mare (roughly 15 hands but will be confirmed) looking for a new partner. 10-15 ( has been vetted at that but buyers are welcome to confirm) has had professional training recently. Fit, sound and ready to get out there and bring her riding partner lots of joy.

Up to date on all shots and worming and sound with no maintenance.

90 days professional training this fall, working w,t,l and will give extended gaits respectfully. Knows turn on haunches and forehand and was started on sliding stops. Will ride alone or in a group. Stands quietly to be tacked and groomed. Good for vet and farrier.

Suited for intermediate riders and up or a beginner working closely with a coach.

This gal would be the perfect partner for an intermediate amateur or youth who wants a safe horse for speed or gaming events.

Being offered at a really reasonable price only due to her owners sudden change in schedule and limited time to give her the attention she deserves.
