Rip is out in BC for the next several months, enjoying some time on the island!! He will make some appearances at select shows as well! Miss him like crazy but he's having the time of his life!!!

Congratulations to Diane and Caeo for earning their Masters title in Barn Hunt this past weekend! Caeo is the first Keypoint dog to earn this title! This handsome boy also holds multiple titles in Agility as well!

As I've had a few inquiries, the only breeding plans for 2025 is to breed Scrabble in the late summer. Stud dog is still being decided on. I will update the prospective home questionnaire to reflect this planned litter!

Veto made her show ring debut in Calgary this past weekend and had a great time. Not only did she manage to mostly keep 4 feet on the floor, she also came home with 4 points towards her championship!
I also was able to see Rip's litter! He and Rosie sure made some beautiful babies ❤️❤️

The dogs attended their first scent trial of 2025 and had amazing results!!!!
Scrabble earned her Advanced title
Rip earned his Distance and Aerial titles
Betty earned her speed and Games Championship title
And our beloved Owl earned his Started title!
Between the 4 dogs that was 16 runs , with 14 of those runs resulting in a Qualifying run!

It's that time of year, summing up 2024!!

Keypoint dogs had a terrific 2024!!

Overall 54 titles were awarded to Keypoint dogs.

2 Grand Champion Excellent ( Rip and Scrabble)

2 Best In Shows ( West and Rip)
Best In Specialty ( Rip)
Reserve Best In Show ( Rip)

44 Sport titles were earned by Keypoint dogs this year! This is a testament to the amazing owners that have placed their trust in me as their breeder. I'm so proud of every single one of you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It's not about the titles or ribbons, it's about celebrating the bond you have developed with your dogs and bringing my vision of a versatile Springer Spaniel to life!

I loved every minute of playing in the show ring or performance arena with my own crew this year. At the beginning of 2024 I set a goal list for each of my dogs, and they all achieved their goals ❤️ Some a bit more than others, Rip was definitely an overachiever this year!

I'm so thrilled to have the first 2 Grand Champion Excellent dogs in my breed ( under the current requirements). It was a lot of work to accomplish this and it's extra special to me that the two kids from my heart dog Betty achieved these awards.

I also had two lovely litters this year, and am incredibly excited to have a Scrabble baby out in the ring in 2025!

2025 will focus on more sports titles and attending some US shows!

And maybe another litter for Scrabble 😉
