Thank you to everyone that has sent in a claim for refunds and invoices. We are not able to reply as to when things will get paid out as of right now.

All of our assets have been secured and now the investors have to decide what the next steps are. The two options are:
1) Find an investor that wants to takeover the company, transfer ownership of assets, get all debts paid and then reopen in a new location
2) Sell off all the assets, pay off debts and close down the company

This isn't an easy decision or process and is taking some time but the investors are committed to getting all debts paid.

Thanks for everyone's patience as we navigate the closing and relocation of Sally's.

We have canceled all reoccurring billing. We have pulled the active daycare packages so we know what is owed to people. We will now work on processing refunds. We expect this to take about a week to complete.

For anyone that paid for a market spot we are now working on getting that information so we can get your refund to you.

Thank you to everyone that has reached out since our temporary closing announcement. This is a hard time for us and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Our landlord is allowing us 5 days to remove all of our assets so we will be starting to dismantle everything tomorrow morning.

We are actively looking to relocate and are exploring locations with lower overhead to make sure we can survive the slower months.

Once we secure a building we will still have to figure out a way to raise some capital to finance the new start up as well as apply for permits and approvals.

We are working hard on trying to make this happen but it is going to take some time. As we figure out our next steps we will keep you informed.

To all of our valued guests and friends, we are sorry to inform you we have been forced to temporarily close 😪

We are going to be very open and honest with you, our first year of business has been incredible as far as building relationships and bonds with so many people and their amazing dogs that we have come to love.

Financially though it has been a struggle, but we have always made ends meet up until now. Unfortunately we missed our rent payment at the beginning of this this month and the landlord has locked us out.

Knowing that we are so close to our busy season and knowing we will have the finances to make up the rent soon is very frustrating and breaks our hearts.

Please know we are exploring every avenue available to reopen and honor our prepaid memberships and outstanding daycare packages.

Please be patient with us as we navigate these uncertain times. We promise, as we figure things out we will share them publicly and with full transparency.
