Fresh Prairie Leaf Kang Kong is now available at the T&D Filipino sari-sari store on Rochdale Blvd. in Regina! 🎉

We dropped off our very first batch today, and it’s pretty exciting to see our locally grown Kang Kong on a store shelf. 💚

🌱 Behind the scenes at Prairie Leaf!

You normally see our Kang Kong after it’s harvested and packaged — but this is where it starts.

This entire crop is growing hydroponically right here in Radville, Saskatchewan. 🇨🇦🌿

Growing indoors means we can produce fresh Kang Kong year-round, even when it’s -30°C outside.

And yes… it turns into a bit of a jungle between harvests. 😂

Seven months ago, we started this dream with one small 38L tote and a handful of lettuce seeds.🥬

Today, we’ve grown to have over 70 Kang Kong plants and several alugbati, kamote, and saluyot plants too!🌱🍃

Thanks for all the love and support! As Prairie Peak Digital said, we’re just trying to be 1% better every day😅
