These four bags of fresh hydroponic Kang Kong (Water Spinach) were harvested right here in Saskatchewan and delivered to a customer in Weyburn.

Grow room update 🌱

Things are starting to come together.

Still a lot of learning behind the scenes — dialing in airflow, roots, and getting consistent growth across different crops — but progress is definitely happening!

Goal right now is to get everything stable and move toward steady harvests over the next few weeks.
