Recently the Prince Rupert Lions Club held a 50/50 draw to raise funds for the Prince Rupert Wildlife Shelter raising an amazing $11965.00. $5982.50 to The Wildlife Shelter. Well today that amazing Winner Vic Howden donated his half of the winnings to Nancy. We are extremely greatful to the Prince Rupert Lions Club for hosting this 50/50 once again to help our local Wildlife shelter and everyone that supported it. And a huge thankyou to Vic Howden for such an amazing gift. Thank you hardly seems to be enough for everyones kindness but please know its so deeply appreciated. 💕

Today my granddaughter and me received a message about an eagle in distress that needed help. With help from Kira Page we were able to catch the eagle and get it to the shelter. I must recognize my granddaughters willingness to end our weekend in terrace early so we could come and rescue this eagle. As she said we can come to terrace again but the eagle needs our help now chinnie.

Back for its second year, the Prince Rupert Lions Club 50/50 raffle continues to support the Prince Rupert Wildlife Rehab Shelter and the vital work they do.

We received this baby that had a badly injured leg that requires surgery. The cost of surgery is $857.97 and we are in desperate need to raise the funds. Its been an extremely busy season with babies and injured wildlife so our funds dwindle quickly. If you are able to help donations can be made via emt to [email protected]. Any help would be so greatly appreciated to give this guy quality of life.
