News from Brian Jones of Smooth Edge Sharpening

We at smooth Edge sharpening service would like to thank all those who trust us to do your sharpening.
This last year has been encouraging. And has showed us that we have to slow down and not work as many hours. A few doctor appointments in the last year has inconvenienced our sharpening schedule.
We are really thankful for all the mail in sharpening and would like to see it continue
We will be still doing mobile sharpening but working closer to home.
Our mail in sharpening will be taking priority to improve the turn around time
By September this year we will be doing day trips,so we can be home more often
I really like my job sharpening and it has been a privilege to serve you all.
As long as my health hold up I don’t plan to retire I like my job
Starting in June we will have fixed routes planned to serve you better and will be pre booking appointments

We at Smooth Edge Sharpening Service would like to thank all our customers for you business and support through the Last 11 years.
This year 2020 has been a challenging year for us all.
Reflecting on the past year we feel we haven’t served you as well as we would have liked to.
Over the next few weeks we will be doing some renovations in our shop to handle the mail in sharpening volume better. We also have some part time help to improve this service Please keep sending it in.
In the new year we will be handling all sharpening orders on a first come first basis. We plan to continue our mobile routes In a more organized and consistent way.
With the Covid shut down we plan to work from home during January 2021. Mail in sharpening will be handled and disinfected before being returned to you Thank you all !
