𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐚
This little mare completely stole my heart 💛 Mia is a 6-year-old cow-bred horse with the sweetest soul and just the right amount of sass. I had the pleasure of using her for one of my taping evaluation case studies, and she was such a willing partner every step of the way.

During her assessment, I found two areas of tension—one at the junction of her gluteus and longissimus dorsi, and another along her iliocostalis dorsi.

After being away from this work for almost 4 years, I’m so grateful to be back. Thank you, Mia for being part of that journey 🐴✨

🌀 What is Equine Kinesiology Taping? 🐴

Equine kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique designed to support a horse’s natural movement and healing process without restricting range of motion. It works by lifting the skin slightly to promote better circulation, reduce inflammation, aid in lymphatic drainage, and support muscles, ligaments, and joints.

As a certified equine kinesiology taping practitioner, I’ve completed multiple hands-on case studies and seen incredible results with this method, from relieving chronic soreness and muscle fatigue to improving postural alignment and overall comfort.

Since 2021, life has taken me in a few different directions. Between family, new chapters, and the ups and downs of everyday life, I made the decision to slow down and put Platinum Equine on pause. It wasn’t easy, this business has always held a special place in my heart, but it was the right call at the time.

That said… I’ve missed it. I’ve missed the horses, the people, and the purpose behind it all. And now, I’m excited (and a little emotional) to say that Platinum Equine is back. We’re slowly ramping up with some new services, new energy, and the same passion that started it all.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way your encouragement, patience, and belief have meant more than you know. I’m beyond grateful and can’t wait to reconnect with you all.

Here’s to this next chapter. 💫

We have been MIA lately and the reason to that is we moved again! We were fortunate enough to go south this time!

We’ve been blessed with amazing weather down here in Keremeos, BC! Animals are adjusting just fine! I can’t complain about having +10 weather in November 🙈

I will be back working on horses very soon!

Platinum equine has made a big decision. Beginning of September platinum equine will be moving to Lloydminster AB. I want to thank all my clients around Dawson, it has been great working with all of you. I plan to travel back as much as possible. I will be posting dates on when I travel back so you can book in.
