All of our groomers are independent contractors and thrive on repeat clientele.

ATTENTION CLIENTS

It seems perhaps it’s that time of year again…

It Frustrates and infuriates us to be writing this message once again.

Let us bring to your attention 2 major issues we are having.

1. No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations
- in the 6 days we have been open since Christmas holidays we have had 8 last minute cancellations or no shows
- we have had groomers here ready and able to work each of Those days
- No shows Directly effect the individual groomers paycheque as well as the business in whole … ask yourselves… Do you like to work for free? This is getting ridiculous

Going Forward there will be a ZERO TOLERANCE for no shows / last minute cancellations (less then 24 hours) unless communicated/ discussed and deemed of emergency

Please note our fee is 60% of your dogs grooming total

NO new appointments will be booked until we receive the fee. No fees will be paid at the next visit.
Next steps will be…. Pay at time of booking.

We have people just blatantly not respond back and go silent after cancelling or not showing up.

2. CREDIT CARDS, we are a small business these fees are astronomical to us. Despite multiple signs stating we do not accept them clients ignore it and pay with credit.
- if you absolutely have to pay using credit cards a charge of $5 for charges up to $100 and $10 charge for charges over $100 will be added to your bill
Every client will be asked upon checkout their method of payment from now on.

Please help a small local business stay in business.
