We will be at the Hounds of Erie Winery Nov 7th from 11am to 2pm for Santa Paws pics! Come visit us and explore the beautiful w**ery! Have some pics taken with Santa Paws! 🎅 They have lots for you and your dog to enjoy! Sit and enjoy a glass of w**e in their fenced in dog park while your dog plays! 🐕 Hiking, agility, food and w**e! 🍷 Bring your puppers and enjoy the scenery, meet some adoptable dogs! 🐾❤️ FRIENDS… WITH A LITTLE EXTRA CRAZY! ❤️🐾

Our babies are growing up! 🤗 And WOW, are they ever a bunch of social butterflies! 🦋🐱

These five little purr machines are full of personality, mischief, cuddles and enough energy to keep everyone entertained! 😂 They believe personal space is overrated, every human is their best friend, and purring is a full-time job! 🥰

Meet Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross and Joey! 🐾❤️ (Could these kittens BE any cuter?!) 😉

These adorable little lovebugs will be ready to find their furever homes soon, and we know they’re going to make some very lucky families smile every single day!

There are so many things to be thankful for. Where do we even start? ❤️🐾

Today, we’re especially thankful for our amazing volunteers who never miss a beat! Becky, Jacklyn and Joanne are busy scrubbing kennels and cleaning today, making sure our dogs have a clean, comfortable place to call home while they wait for their furever families.

We are so lucky to have a team that is always willing to step up when needed. You make a difference every single day, and we couldn’t do what we do without you! 🐶❤️

A huge thank you to Cutie Patootie Grooming in Belmont for pampering our rescue boys, Stevie and Theodore, today! 🐶❤️

These two handsome guys were looking a little rough around the edges, but after their grooming, they’re feeling SO much more comfortable in their new “dues”! 😂🐾

Thank you for donating your time and talent to help our rescue dogs feel clean, comfortable and confident. It truly means so much to us!

Stevie and Theodore are giving you two big paws up! 🐾🐾

🚨🐾 OFFICIAL HELPING PAWS RESCUE WARNING 🐾🚨

ATTENTION ALL VOLUNTEERS:

This is your formal notice.

We need to have a little chat. 😑😂

Recently, certain volunteers were overheard saying things like:

“Wow, intake has really slowed down!”

“It’s been kind of quiet!”

“Maybe we’ll get a little break!”

😳

ARE YOU NEW HERE?!

Because apparently the Rescue Universe heard you and immediately responded:

“Hold my leash.” 🐕💀

And just like that…

📢 WE ARE FULL AGAIN.

Coincidence?

We think NOT. 😂

Therefore, effective immediately, the following statements are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

❌ “It’s been quiet lately.”
❌ “We haven’t had many intakes.”
❌ “Things are finally slowing down.”
❌ “Maybe we’ll get a break.”
❌ “We could actually catch up!”

Any volunteer caught uttering these phrases will be immediately sentenced to:

🐶 Puppy cuddles
🐕 Dog walking
🧺 Laundry
💩 P**p scooping
📸 Intake photos
📝 Bios
💻 Adoption applications
…and possibly another dog.

You have been warned. 😂

Because within approximately 14.7 seconds of someone declaring things were “quiet,” these little faces showed up at our door. 👇

🐾 PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEWEST HELPING PAWS MEMBERS! 🐾

We’re thrilled to have them here, and we’ll be doing everything we can to get them settled, loved, vetted and ready for their next chapter. ❤️

But to our volunteers…

There will be NO MORE comments about things being quiet.

There will be NO MORE tempting fate.

And there will ABSOLUTELY BE NO MORE SAYING…

“Well, at least we’re not getting any new dogs.”

Because we all know what happens next. 🤦‍♀️🐾
