We are now offering skull cleaning services using dermestid beetles! They leave the fine bones intact and remove all traces of flesh,
we can also degrease and bleach skulls to complete the clean, all you have to do is mount your trophy!

It's been quiet around here, between retiring the goats and losing our hives, we haven't been very active on the farm page. We do have bees again, so this year you will see more honey for sale, but we are also doing something else really cool! We have Dermestid Beetles! We got them for the elk James got last year, and then he got a nice deer on the mainland. Pretty soon, we would like to offer this as a service for hunters or farmers. If you have a cool goat/sheep/cow skull, we'd love to put the beetles to work for you! 😁

Sometimes farming is hard, this little guy was a lone survivor and orphan pulled from his mom yesterday via c-section. Our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Augie, has decided to be his surrogate mom ❤
