Now open for registration! Our 4 week Puppy Foundations class offers fun, safe socialization with other puppies and has a strong emphasis on environmental exposure.

Key learning points include:
☑️ common puppy challenges like jumping, nipping, and chewing
☑️ introduction to marker training
☑️ foundations for sit, place, leash walking and recall

Each class is 45 minutes, with plenty of time for play, training, and discussion.

🗓️ When you don’t number their days, the right people will inevitably come along.

🏠 Sweet, d***y, fun-loving Scrappy, with us for a Board and Train from Baladi & Sled Dog Rescue of Ontario, is ready to start a new chapter of life and. has officially gone to his new foster-to-adopt home!

🐶 Getting to work with this big goofball over the past few months has been so fun, and seeing him go home with all the skills he needs to thrive is the best reward of all.

🫶🏼 At Black Hill Dog Company, we understand the value (to both the dogs and adopters) of dedicated training to enhance adoptability, and it’s our greatest privilege to be able to work with various rescue organizations to help give a second chance at life to as many dogs as we can.

🐕 Baladi & Sled Dog Rescue of Ontario was integral in Scrappy’s (and so many others) success story as they are able to identify the importance of behaviour modification and understand its role in saving lives.
