Spotacular Farm I've been involved with horses for over 50 years. Completed 2yr Equine Studies course at Humber College. Small private stable established in 1997.

Small, private boarding stable
Not a public, commercial, boarding lesson stable. No riding school or public lessons. Only 10 horses maximum. Very quiet, & laid back. Not busy.
$600 a month (including HST)
(reduced board option also available)
Located just 5 minutes north east of Newmarket, just north of RCRA & Blue Star Farm. Full facility on 10 acres on sand based footing, small round pen & 10 pa

ddocks. Outdoor sand riding: 80'x160'-has lights for riding at night,
Indoor arena: 70'x130' Big windows down the long walls & the back short wall is all mirrors. Heated tackroom: hot/cold water & blanket drying racks for wet blankets. Stalls: 10'x11' all with 2 water buckets & salt block holder, limestone packed floors with wall to wall rubber mats on top. Daily all day turnout small groups. All the paddocks have water troughs & are heated in the winter. I DON'T offer outdoor/pasture boarding, sorry. Different boarding packages available. Full regular stall board is $600 a month
-everything included. Reduced board is $450 month
-you clean out your own stall & supply your own shavings. Your own farrier, vet, & coach are all welcome! Close to 2 York Regional Forests for hacking & to neighbouring stables for showing.

Even though I retired and closed the stable, that doesn’t mean there’s not always a little action going on.
Firefly went into labour last Tuesday morning and delivered a little girl at 11:15 AM. Midwife And Michele helped with the delivery to get this little girl into the world. We all welcome Fidget into the family.

Very quiet here since we closed the stable & all the boarders moved out!
Our horses miss their buddies but are finally getting used to it. Big change for them.… and for us

Great day yesterday! So much fun with everybody at the farm fun day and barbecue! Good people & good food! Can’t wait to do it again at the end of the month!

Only 10 horses maximum. Located just 5 minutes north east of Newmarket, in Mount Albert/Queensville.
Owner on the property 24/7.
Full facility with indoor arena & outdoor sand ring, (with lights for riding at night) small round pen & 10 paddocks.
Farm only has 10 horse stalls total. No riding school.
Mature adult barn. Never busy or crowded.
I DO NOT OFFER outdoor 24/7 pasture board.
Your own farrier, vet & coach are all welcome!
We have both English & Western riders. All disciplines are welcome here.
Youngsters, broodmares, retired horses, miniature horses & ponies all welcome here!
Daily all day turnout. Horses are turned out for as much as possible during the day. (weather permitting)
All the paddocks have water & trough heaters.
2 grains a day. Hay inside & outside
80'x160' Outdoor sand riding ring with lights for riding at night,
70'x130' indoor arena with mirrored back wall.
Heated tackroom with hot/cold water & blanket racks for drying wet turnouts.
10'x11' stalls all with 2 water buckets, limestone packed floors & wall to wall rubber mats.
Close to 2 York Regional Forests for hacking & to neighbouring stables for showing.

Reduced Stall Board is $450 a month. -Boarder is only responsible for mucking out their horse's stall everyday & buy/supply their own shavings.
