We are hiring for two positions, Communications & Development Coordinator AND Animal Care Attendant to work with us at the Peterborough Animal Care Centre.

The Communications & Development Coordinator will develop and champion the Peterborough Humane Society’s marketing, communications and fundraising strategies. The Communications & Development Coordinator will be community-centered, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Animal Care Attendant is primarily responsible for daily animal care and husbandry duties, ensuring effective infection control and biosecurity. Reporting directly to the Registered Veterinary Technician/Animal Care Lead you will be driven for success and ultimate satisfaction of knowing that you are making a meaningful and positive difference in animals’ lives on a daily basis.
