If you haven't visited a high-volume spay/neuter clinic before, we just want to give you a quick picture of how things work here, because it is a little different from a traditional vet visit.
High-volume clinics are focused and specialized. Our whole team is here specifically for surgical care, which means everyone from our front desk to our operating room has a lot of experience with exactly this.
Since opening in 2023 we've completed over 14,000 surgeries for pets right here in Peterborough and the surrounding area. For anything more complex or ongoing, we'll always point you toward a full-service veterinary practice. For spay and neuter, this is what we do every day.
We are also a small team and our front desk gets pretty busy. If you call and don't get through right away, please leave a message on our clinic line and we will call you back. Every message gets returned. Just make sure you're reaching us on the clinic line directly so your call gets to the right people.
