Just a reminder -Cancellations and No Shows-
I am extremely busy and have wait lists if you cannot make it to your appointment on time a message or a phone call is greatly appreciated !
I can understand that things come up but I NEED 24 hours notice . If I do not have a minimum of 24 hours notice a $50 fee WILL be charged !
Groomers in our area are extremely overworked right now and when someone doesn’t show up for an appointment it is that is money out of our pockets for our families and to keep our businesses running smoothly.
