I have to take this time to express an extremely heartfelt “Thank-you” to everyone who came to this event! Between the photos, nail trims, treat table and mystery gift bags we raised over $1800!! Combined with the $800 raised from our Carleton Place Santa Paws Event 🎅🏼 🐾 , we will be splitting $2740 amongst It Takes a Village Rescue, Freedom Dog Rescue and Lanark County Mental Health! ❤️

🌟 Thank you to all of the wonderful businesses who donated their time to come to this event too! You are all some of the best in your fields and I’m truly blessed to know you and grateful to be able to share in your expertise! ❤️

We understand that crowds and loud noises aren’t for everyone, especially our feline friends. If your cats missed out on nail trims today to avoid the commotion of Santa Paws arrival at the Crystal Palace, don’t worry!!

Drop by the Perth store anytime, tomorrow Nov. 30th from 10am to 5pm and Callie will give them a pawdicure! 🐾🐱

For the last Saturday of this month nail trims will be held at the Crystal Palace in downtown Perth INSTEAD of in-store!

It will take place from 10am to 3pm November 29th along with pet pictures with Santa! 🎅🏼

We are looking to add an extra person to our team! 🐾

There are two Laura Jane’s Pet Food & Supplies locations, one in Perth and one in Carleton Place! We are looking for someone who is available to work at least one day of the weekend and who wouldn’t mind working at either store to fill in where needed.

Being able to lift up to 50lbs is essential as tasks will include putting away orders, stocking, and assisting customers with carry outs.

Being able to provide good customer service is one of the most important aspects of the job. Having those skills is an added asset that we value.

Training will be provided on all of the products we carry from information about food and treats to fitting harnesses and coats! It can be a lot to learn but we’re here to help! Prior experience is not required.

If you are interested in joining the LJ team and feel like you’d be a good fit, email us or drop off a resume at either store!

Meet Juniper & Mouse! The newest residents at the store! Both cats have settled in well for only being here a few hours!

Juniper is a 5 month old tuxedo with the softest fur! She was found as a stray in Almonte & brought to LAWS! She is up to date on all her shots & fixed! So far she seems like a little cuddle bug! 😻

Mouse is our big Tabby girl! She is around 8 months old & has taken on the role of Junipers big sister! She was found in the streets of Perth! She is fixed & has her shots as well!

These cats are not a bonded pair! They can go separate or together! Adoption fee for each cat is $265 cash or together is $480 cash! You can apply in store or on LAWS website!

These cats are still settling in so we ask the cage not be opened without asking first 😸
