A Daring Move 😱 A Major Change
Today, I have some significant news to share. Some of you may already be aware, but I haven't made any official announcements here yet.
YOUPAW IS MOVING to the other side of the country! Our new destination: the breathtaking Acadian Peninsula in New Brunswick.
Yes… this is not an easy decision, but sometimes making sacrifices is necessary to pursue our dreams. British Columbia holds a very special place in my heart, and I would have loved to stay here. However, the need to acquire land has become pressing, along with our desire to begin our homesteading projects. With the rising cost of living, it's incredibly challenging to realize such ambitions here, and life is happening now! Time is a non-renewable resource, and we could not wait any longer. An opportunity has presented itself to us, and although it’s truly frightening, we must leap in with both feet. I won’t hide that this decision makes me feel both emotional and excited at the same time!
Dear British Columbia, we will miss your wild nature, your beauty, your warmth, your mountains, and your magic.
I feel a knot in my stomach, palpable anxiety, and sweaty palms, but that won’t stop us. It’s hard to leave our life behind here because things are going well for me, and I see my Youpaw project gradually taking flight. I am happy here, but we long for a piece of land to call our own. It’s difficult to say goodbye to you all. It’s daunting to start anew elsewhere, but we hope it’s for the best. We aspire to greater things: a harmonious future, a healthier way of living, self-sufficiency, and existing in harmony with nature. Will we find success? Is this the right decision? I don’t know, but my instincts tell me to forge ahead!
The big departure is planned for sometime in June. In the meantime, I will continue attending markets and taking online orders, and even from afar, I will still be able to ship products. I hope that YOUPAW will continue to thrive no matter where the wind carries us.
I love you all, and thank you for contributing to the success of this project that brings me so much joy 💓 This is just the beginning of our adventure!

Aujourd'hui j'ai une grande nouvelle à annoncer. Certains le savent déjà, mais je n'avais encore rien annoncer d'officiel ici.
YOUPAW DÉMÉNAGE à l'autre bout du pays. Destination : Le Nouveau-Brunswick dans la Péninsule Acadienne.
Et oui... ce n'est pas une décision facile mais parfois c'est nécessaire de faire des compromis pour réaliser nos rêves. Le BC occupe une place très spéciale dans mon coeur et j'aurais adoré rester ici. Cependant, le besoin d'acquérir un terrain commence à urger et aussi de commencer nos projets de homesteading . Avec le coût de la vie, ce genre de projet est très difficile à réaliser ici et la vie c'est maintenant ! Le temps est une ressource non-renouvelable et on ne pouvait pas attendre plus longtemps. Une opportunité s'est offerte à nous, et malgré que c'est vraiment effrayant on se doit d'y sauter à pieds joint. Je ne cacherai pas que cette décision me rend très émotive et très excitée à la fois !
Chère Colombie-Britannique, ta nature sauvage, ta splendeur, ta chaleur, tes montagnes et ta magie vont nous manquer.
J'ai la peur au ventre, une anxiété palpable et les mains moites mais ce n'est pas ce que va nous arrêter. C'est difficile de laisser notre vie ici derrière car mes affaires vont bien ici et je voit que mon projet Youpaw prend doucement sont envol. Je suis heureuse ici, mais il nous manque une terre pour s'enraciner. C'est difficile de vous dire aurevoir, c'est difficile de recommencer ailleurs mais on espère que c'est pour le mieux. On aspire à plus grands, à un avenir harmonieux, à une vie plus saine, à l'autosuffisance et vivre en harmonie avec la nature. Connaîtrons-nous le succès ? Est-ce une bonne décision ? Je ne sais pas, mais mon instinct me dit de foncé !
Le grand départ est prevu quelques part en juin, d'ici là, je continue les marchés, je prends encore les commandes en lignes et même si je suis loin, je pourrai toujours expédié les commandes. J'espère que YOUPAW continuera de connaître le succès peut importe où le vent nous mène.
