Petco announced Tuesday that it will no longer sell electronic collars, aka "shock" collars, the first major pet products chain to pull the items from its stores and online.

Digging this ribbon and cotton webbing for this collar. High end faaaaancy Manhattan garment district ribbon and I am fairly sure the webbing was from Fabmo (ends of stuff saved from landfill). Study in contrasts.
