Please respect others who use public parks and trails. Keep your dog leashed if you do not have good verbal control, and leash your dogs when you see other people with leashed dogs. It's common courtesy, a safety issue for all involved, and also the law in many places.

Something pet owners may not realize is a serious risk to their animal's health and safety.

Spread the word! We all know the danger of bags around our toddlers... well dogs have the cognitive ability of a 3 year old. 2-3 pets (yes CATS too) die each week from suffocation from chip bag, pet food bag, plastic bag. Over 1/3 of the pets who lost their life the owners were at home! Keep bags in cupboards and cut them before you toss them. The incidence of suffocation may not be high but when it is your pet then that stat is too high. Keep them safe.

Finally, the clarification our industry has been waiting on from the MOH. Dog Walkers are deemed an essential service.
